Lecture:

International Center for Complexity and Conflict (ICCC) and SPIK (The Institute of the Social Psychology of IT and Communication) has a pleasure to invite all interested guests for the second meeting devoted to conflict management: "From Theory to Practice of Conflict Resolution". The meeting will be conducted by Moty Cristal - international crisis negotiator and special advisor to the Israeli Prime Minister on economic and civic crisis negotiations. The meeting will be compound of film projection and an hour of lecture.

Moty Cristal

moty cristalMoty Cristal is the founder and CEO of Nest Consulting. In 2002, as a crisis negotiator, he was engaged in bringing to a peaceful end the military crisis development during the siege of Bethlehem, a deadly 38-day standoff at the Church of the Nativity. Since 2001, he has taught and trained negotiation and crisis management to senior managers in both the private and public sectors, and was recently appointed as special advisor to the Israeli Prime Minister on economic and civic crisis negotiations. He consults in strategic and complex negotiations and crisis management in Israel, Europe, the US and Asia, and teaches international negotiation and crisis management at Tel Aviv University and the Interdisciplinary Center in Herzelia. From 1994 to 2001, he served in various official positions in Israeli negotiation teams with Jordan and the Palestinians, and experienced years of cross-cultural negotiations within the Israeli-Arab conflict.
